Messages Not Going Through To Client

I’m sending a file through the inbox but it isn’t going through. The messages I’m sending are also taking a couple of minutes to show up. Anyone have any idea what’s going on?

It happens to me from time to time, that I need to keep refreshing my browser to see the sent/received messages. I am on Firefox. What’s your browser?
The new messaging system is very buggy. I miss my old Fiverr inbox.

I guess there are major bugs. I can’t download any attachment when someone send me attachment inside offer (when they are requesting offer). When they attach it in regular message then it is normal.

I was just going through the same thing with a potential custom offer and I had to send the attachment three times before the buyer was able to see it.

Looks like whatever was wrong got fixed. The issue seems to be resolved on my end.

yes Same Issue I’m facing, I’m sending files to client but after few seconds files disappear and client not received file

My dashboard keeps disappearing and I can’t make any deliveries since my attachments won’t upload. Hopefully this is minor and gets cleared up soon.

Is Fiverr currently down to everyone? I am about to send message to seller about the order I placed and currently the page cannot be loaded and then directed to ‘Whoops’.

EDITED: Seems like messaging is working now and seller got the message, few minutes after I posted this. That’s a relief.
