Buyer is asking for something that i can’t do, i just simply sent her my work and he rejected, also he was on the basic package want me to send 3 concepts simply i can’t. i don’t wan’t to continue with him, i sent him offer for cancellation but he declined it.
is there any option to get rid of him

They might help you cancel the order if they get enough reasons to . Otherwise if you don’t want your rates drop you have to deliever the work.

Beef up 🥩 your Gig requirements and FAQ section. Reach out to CS to request the cancellation. Explain that the Buyer declined your offer and requesting work that’s not offered. Keep in mind this could affect your stats. However, if the Buyer is asking you to work outside the scope of your gig, um it’s a waste of time.
