Video Image stuck at review

Hi, Hope you all are doing well.

While creating a gig i was facing a problem that when i upload an image or video of resolution more than 1000px wide it gets in the eternal review process but if i upload the same video or image scaling it’s width a little bit lower than 1000px like 990px it gets accepted right away but then the quality is not very good.

If any one have a solution please tell me about that.
