Hi, any expert from Fiverr team can tell me what is procedure to share the contact or Sky’pe etc for clients?

Many of my clients says we need to talk you and share details for work on either Sky’pe, or whats app, or even on webex etc. They definitely do work on Fiverr platform, but they want to talk in detail outside Fiverr, Is it allowed? can anyone help me please. Thanks

No.

Users are allowed to share contact details only if they’re required to complete a job. For example, a seller would need a buyer’s Facebook log-in details if managing their account.

Fiverr doesn’t allow us to exchange personal details for the sake of convenience.
