I am unable to attach my payoneer account with bank transfer option

I am attaching my payoneer account for withdrawl of amount through bank transfer but when i recieved an email and start process of registration message shows that i have already attached payoneer account with fiverr or to contact customer support center.
My payoneer account is approved but i am unable to attach it with fiverr. i want to withdraw amount. please help me so that i can withdraw my earnings. thanks.
