I have completed 13 orders didn't get level 1

Hi, I have a question, I have completed 13 orders

earned more than 400$, 5.0 Rating, 100 percent response, and completion. Why I didn’t get level 1 badge?

If you would’ve spend time reading fiverr TOS (which you already ticked that you read them) you would’ve seen that all evaluations/promotions/demotions happen on 15th of each month.
