Is it allowed to automate fiverr response?

Hi there, my response rate has dropped to around 93% and I need it to remain above 90% otherwise I will not get promoted to level 1. But there are times when I am busying dealing with other buyers and forgot to reply to other buyers or maybe I missed the messages when i was offline. So I wanted to know if we are allowed to automate(using our software) our fiverr response?

Thank you.

Update

I contacted CS and they suggested that we should not attempt to automate fiverr response. As we can see from the below image. Also strangely my response time has increased from 93% to 97%.🤨

Thank you all for taking the time to provide your views and valuable suggestions.

I checked your Average. Response Time 1 hour. according to this, you are very responsive. why do you want to automate this?

Don’t do this. Fiverr will ban you if you try to do any automated process.

my friend used an auto refresh browser plugin to be always online. he got banned after a month. so don’t try to automate anything.

If response gets below 90% then I will not be promoted to level 1

Your automation software will have to log in to your fiverr account and will hence trigger the buyer to think you are online although you might actually be offline. Once upon a time support told me that if I use an in house automation software it should not affect other users account, place automatic orders, or/and try to circumvent how the system works.

Yeah you are right. That’s why I was planning to also include a disclaimer. Something like “This message has been generated automatically and the seller will get back to you shortly.”

Is it really that difficult to respond to all first messages from new people in 24 hours?

As others have said, I don’t think you should automate your responses. Instead, I would suggest having a quick template you could use for very fast responses that thanks the potential customer for their order or message, and has a few base questions that you can personalize to each message to save you time from re-writing a welcome and thank you email to each new message.

I hope that’s helpful! 😀

If you are so busy like you are saying, you can take some time to answer questions before working on any order. For example, when you come online in the morning (or whenever you are starting to work), you can answer all the messages. Or even when you are taking a break from work…

Also, remember, that once in a while, you will get a message “Confirm that you are not a robot”. That messages are because people wants to use software.

Like other said, it isn’t hard to answer message in 24 hours.

Thank you. Yeah I can try that.👍

By automated responses, do you mean software that will automatically reply when you’re busy, or do you mean using a copy and pasted message to quickly respond rather than typing it out manually? If it’s the latter, I can hardly see how that would pose a problem to be honest

Yeah, by automated response I mean software that will automatically reply when you’re busy or offline.
