But there are times when I am busying dealing with other buyers and forgot to reply to other buyers or maybe I missed the messages when i was offline. So I wanted to know if we are allowed to automate(using our software) our fiverr response?Thank you.UpdateI contacted CS and they suggested that we should not attempt to automate fiverr response. As we can see from the below image. For example, when you come online in the morning (or whenever you are starting to work), you can answer all the messages. Or even when you are taking a break from work…Also, remember, that once in a while, you will get a message “Confirm that you are not a robot”.
