sachiarts1 Posted August 29, 2019 Share Posted August 29, 2019 once I received spam message and I ignore that cause it’s on spam. then my response rate got down 100% to 88%. now I chat with many clients but still that not increased. any idea how can I get back to normal rate? At first mine increased very slow now even 1% per new client. Now it start to increase by 3% per new client.
