How many clicks until your first order?

Hello

I created my gig last week, still no order.

I made everything myself from scratch and I believe the quality is better than average (you can have a look and tell me, any comment appreciated).

I’m selling a niche that has not so many competitors (I’m sitting in the second page when I do a research by keywords). But maybe not many buyers as well ?

So far I’ve got 20 clicks from fiverr only (and more than a thousand views).

Is that normal ? How many clicks should I expect before the first order ? My prices are even lower than most competition.

Here is a link to my gig if you want to have a look :

Hello,

I’m also a new seller, had around 100 clicks on my total gigs but still no sell!

This is my [profile] : (https://www.fiverr.com/the_oussmez) https://www.fiverr.com/the_oussmez

For what you’re offering, I think the only thing missing is offering more services for the good price of 5$ ( in my personal view as a buyer )

Hey thanks for the input.

I find it hard to believe, most other sellers in that niche do the same, starting at 10 dollars most of the time. Ill work on offering more though.

Unfortunately, I cannot advertise this kind of service on Facebook and IG, it’s against their ads policy.

Your service is very niche. It could take you a while to get going.

How big is the Fiverr market for Tinder coaching? How well are your competitors doing?

I wish you good luck, though. Your images made me laugh, especially the one with the lady asking to be your “French slave”. I can only dream. I’ve been chatting to a lady for almost three months, and she hasn’t even offered to make me dinner. 😒

Thanks for the input. Id be happy to help haha. I dont know how to send private messages though on the forum, im pretty new.

My competitors are doing mostly bad, but their gigs looks amateurish and scammy. I couldnt gauge the success of those in front page though.

Fair enough!

You say you have 20 clicks and over a thousand views. Are you promoting your service outside of Fiverr?

I appreciate the offer, but I’m lucky. She’s awesome as she is. 🙂

I will bet 💰 many if not all of your clicks are from people on the Forum who have read your posts and then checked out your profile and gig. That is pretty normal when someone new joins the Forum.

I created my gig last week, still no order.

It took me 45 days to get my first order. In the meantime I continually tweaked my gigs to get them just right.

Also, maybe buyers are not interested in your service. and 9 orders in the last 7 days.

Please can we stop the repeated (often copied and pasted) advice of: send 10 buyer requests every day share your gig on social media etc. etc. Sorry - I’m afraid it’s not useful to new sellers who often can’t see any buyer requests, so they can’t respond to them anyway. Using social media properly needs to be done to targeted followers etc. It’s no wonder that social media networks seem to be cracking down on Fiverr links and classing them as spam. If you’re going to use social media, pleas…

I have a gig that has had 22 clicks, 25 views, 😉 and 9 orders in the last 7 days.

Nice! You’re batting over .300 with that gig.

Edit: I probably shouldn’t have used a baseball metaphor after you told me you go out of your way to avoid it. 😜

Also, maybe buyers are not interested in your service.

Ntipz011 took his gig down. We may see it again in future, though. Or maybe he’s working on something new.

Or it was removed by CS.

I still 👀

However, he has removed the slave screenshot.

I wonder?

Did Fiverr advise him to? Or, did he take it down because of Forum feedback?

Some angry SJW from the forum flagged my gig and pictures so I removed that screenshot and replaced with another.

I basically got kink shamed 😦

But if it offends some people on the forum, it might turn off some potential buyers so I try to be a bit more soft on the edges, at first glance at least.

That’s too bad because some people told me they liked it, and I’d rather be polarizing a bit to stand out. I’ll maybe put the screenshot back later and see if it makes a difference, but in the end I don’t think it matters much.

Or three or four, maybe more. Perhaps you should listen to the advice of the successful sellers that have tried to guide you.

Good thinking. 🙂

If you had read the Fiverr TOS you would have seen that the image you posted is against those terms.

** Adult oriented services, Pornographic, Inappropriate/Obscene*

I’ll maybe put the screenshot back later and see if it makes a difference, but in the end I don’t think it matters much.

That would not be a good choice to make. 😱

In addition to what @vickiespencer said, Fiverr allows users as young as 13. That image was inappropriate for this site.

Tinder doesn’t allow users under 18 anyways.

Obscenity is a subjective concept.

All I care about is my target audience, my clients, offending some people who would never be interested by my service is fine.

But I’ll comply with what Fiverr wants 😄

Smart! People who go against Fiverr never come out on top.

We could actually remix that old The Clash song. “I fought Fiverr, and Fiverr won.” 🎶

Your new image is fine, anyway. It shows you’re able to get ladies on Tinder to interact positively with you. Job done.

The entire gig, together with the images, makes him look like a pickup artist. That’s not a compliment, and most women despise them (actually, a lot of men despise them, too), but hey, there’s a demand for their services. I’m not sure there’s a lot of demand for them on Fiverr, though.

The market does look very small. The most popular Tinder-related gig on Fiverr has just 53 reviews, and it’s been live for 6 years.
