Could my country be affecting my sales?

Hi, I am a few months old seller on fiverr. I enjoy the freedom it brings while allowing one to earn money.

However, even though my service is top notch, I feel biased. I rarely get orders, I wonder if its my country. I am from Nigeria, and if you have been reading the news lately, you would have noticed a the bad image Nigeria protrends.

My question is, do you think my country affects my orders, and if yes, how can I change the misconception ?
