Order cancel by the client after getting all the source files and complete order

Hi everyone, I need help for my order , My client cancel the order as I gave him all the sourcce files and complete order, Kindly give suggestion as I have also make in contact with the Help and support but they didnot make me out of that. thanks in advance .

This case was forrwaded to Fiverr Customer Help center, I have requested them to solve this issue. I have the proofs for that dear.

It was my bad that I have submitted the order on message page.

Then it was not an official delivery, and you gave away your work for free.

You have to deliver completed work (via the Deliver Now button) before the deadline, otherwise the buyer can easily cancel the order, take the files, and, if needed, show the screenshots of the order page without an official delivery to the Customer Support.
