I did a gig after a while, and I hoped for a feedback, but nothing came. Anyway, I won’t ask her because I don’t want to show desperate or annoying.

Yes. They remind the buyer not once but twice! If the buyer doesn’t leave any feedback even after being reminded twice (by Fiverr), it is very much possible that they have no intention of posting a review.

That’s a good reason not to ask your buyer for a review. Another more important reason is that it is against ToS to ask your buyer for a review, and doing so will net you a ToS warning or account suspension.
