Referral code program

Hello,
If i share my gig link with someone via Facebook message,then that person registered for the first time on the Fiverr Plateform, do i get the bonus as if i referred him ?

If no, can i get a personal referral code instead of my personal referral link in order to send it to my costumers ?
If someone have any ideas on the topic let me know;
