Commercial Use. Modifying a purchased asset

Hi, I’m new here to fiverr and yes I have read the TOS. I do have a question regarding rights. I understand that when purchasing artwork from a seller all rights are granted to the buyer. I’m assuming that this includes the right to modify the purchased work? I am working on a video game project where I will need to modify purchased artwork frequently to integrate it into the project.

I think in some gigs you have to buy commercial license and if he has bought them, then @artsdev you can edit it in any way you want
