Getting started (seller page: 404 error)

Hi all,
for the past few days, I have been trying to register myself as a seller. When I clock on the getting started link, I get a 404 error page. I have been trying to contact support but there also seems to be an error with that page too. As such, my only port of call seems to be this forum in the hopes that the technical team come across this message.
