Can’t verify my phone number - HELP ME

Hello everyone, I have trying the whole day to verify my phone number but the buttons for sms and call for verifying stays grey and they don’t become green, I have tried Chrome, Mozilla and Safari, even another phone. It’s just not happening even after deleting all the tabs in the browser?! What I should do?! Help me…
