Received three orders but no requirements

Hello all!
Let me start by saying that i love fiverr and what they have done for the freelance community. These past months have been quite ok for me. But for some reason, today i received three order from buyers who joined fiverr today and all three of those orders didnt come with any requirements or unclear requirements. Has anyone experienced a same problem? How do you handle this without destroying your ranking?
I tried contacting the buyers multiple times but its not possible because they wont reply

@biofin I faced similar situation few months ago.
Just contact fiverr support and tell them about this. They will cancel that orders for you without effecting your order completion stats.
