How do I use my Fiverr account on a new laptop? Do I have any problems in this case?

You use your fiverr account on a new laptop the way you used it on your old laptop. Not sure which kind of problem you are asking if you have, but fiverr doesn’t limit you to using just 1 device, you can use your account on different devices as long as the connection or internet you use isn’t linked to that of an account that was limited or an account of another person. If you are sharing internet with someone else with an account, you will need to contact fiverr support.
