Custom Thumbnail for gig video

Hello,
I uploaded a video in my gig and in the time of making gig video I used my thumbnail image at the start 2 key frame in the the video but now it is showing a random thumbnail after publishing the gig…
Now how could I change the video and how to set custom thumbnail in the video…?
