Rating Error in my Profile

In my profile Rating shows 5★ but in the “Public Mode” it shows 4.9★.
( I have one 4.3★ review and all are 5★…of total 11 reviews )

Why the ddifference in the public review mode and the seller mode??

4.9 rating is total rating and 5 star rating is last 60-days rating. At least it looks like that from your profile

In Public Mode - ★★★★★ 4.9 (11reviews )
