Can't verfiy my identity using National Citizenship ID

Hello, So Iv’e has been using Fiverr for about a month now and I just got a notification saying that I need to verify my account. I went to the link from my mobile phone and saw that there is only a passport option to verify my account which I don’t have. I see that it says verify using a passport, national id or driving license but why is it only showing the passport option? I can’t create a passport as it will take a lot of time in my country Nepal. Isn’t there a way I can verify my account using my national citizenship card?

I also only see passport option. I haven’t made it and it takes long time to make passport in Nepal. Can’t it be done by citizenship card ??
