Could i create 3 gig in sub category with different works

could i create 3 gigs in same category where my subcategory different also work is different? like, 1) business (category) and subcategory is data entry, another one is 2) business (category) and subcategory is virtual assistant.

As long as the gigs are all different I can’t see a problem.
