Phone Verification Failed constantly

I was trying to verify my phone number on Fiverr but I didn’t receive any message on my phone. After trying 3,4 times it shows this error:
The phone verification has failed due to too many attempts using a phone number that cannot be verified or wrong code.

You must wait 48 hours before trying again to verify.

Now it’s been 3 days and I tried to verify again but it constantly shows the error message. Please help me.
