authorchick2000
Hello,I tried sending two different video formats AVI, and MOV to my client. It worked in the previous order with the client and today when sending her second order the files would not send saying INVALID File Name and then didn’t bother trying to upload it.Assistance would be lovely.
coerdelion
Welcome to the forum.I usually send videos as mpg4 and haven’t had any issues. Bear in mind that if the videos you’re sending are around the 15mb mark, you will get an error. You could also try putting your videos in a zip file, which might solve the problem …
usamaathar368
@authorchick2000 Try naming your files in a way that they only include letters and numbers.

solow13
For some reason fiverr uploading system doesn’t like long and articulated file names, this happens with audio files too and what I do is to change the name or compress the file in a folder with an easy and short name

Which is why for very big files it would be better to use something like dropbox software which could continue where they left off.
