Can't send buyer request why?

My positive rating is 100% but i can’t send buyer request. Please someone to tell me about it.

Please tell me about how i can send buyer request.

Make sure your gigs are active
then Go to More tab
Click on Buyer Request
and here you see the Request
and then send them to offer
Make sure sometimes no request available here
but you need to check again and again you get the offers
