Hi,

Having a low response rate doesn’t stop you from accessing buyer requests.

Having a low overall rating (less than 4.5), however, will stop you from accessing them.

If you are unable to access buyer requests, look for alternative avenues to attract prospective buyers. You could try targeted marketing/advertising.

As you might suspect already to increase response rate you will have to respond to new messages. within 24 hours.
