I am wondering if Fiverr Learning has an impact on search discoverability of your Gigs/offerings on Fiverr? Regardless looks like an AMAZING affordable offering but I am new to the Fiverr platform and am curious thank you in advance for all of your answers and input.

No, it does not. Some sellers even said on forum that their gigs appear much lower in search results after they took Fiverr Learning and Tests. Really weird…
