Can't submit support ticket

I’ve been trying to contact Fiverr support and all I get is “Action failed, Please try again”

No matter how many times it wont let me submit a request.

This is after my gig got removed while i was making a customer base.

They gave me an illlegitimate, vague, response as to why and I feel like I’m being scammed as they took the money too…
