Can I attach source file in massage box, after a completed job?

If you mean a message box on the order page, as far as I know, you’re supposed to deliver a complete delivery and if the order includes a source file as far as I know you’re supposed to deliver it as an attachment when you deliver the order, not afterwards.

eg. the TOS says:

using the “Deliver Work” button when an order was not fulfilled may result in a cancellation of that order after review, affect the Seller’s rating and result in a warning to Seller.

You could check with CS if you can do it your way eg. maybe they might allow it if it’s stated in the gig description that you can deliver the source file afterwards but you’d have to confirm it with Fiverr first, otherwise it would probably be against the TOS and could probably get a warning if the user selected “partial delivery”.

When you deliver an order (or a revision), using the delivery button you’re supposed to deliver the complete order, including everything they’ve purchased (including the source file if that’s been ordered).

You can contact CS if you want to check if you can do it a different way like I said.

edit: If the order is completed and there’s no way to re-deliver on the order page, and they still have revisions left and have asked for a revision, yes you could send the revision (including all files they ordered) in a message in the inbox.
