Disappointed seller

I have bad experience of fiverr.
I got order invitation from client and did not received notification on time due to error may be or fiverr server.
Than client cancel order and provide nagtive feedbacks. I m very confused and upset by this policy of fiver.
Kindly remove those feedback that I not deserve.
And also penality of $4 usd. Really fiverr
Provide me guide please.

I’m afraid that review will never be removed. It’s there for as long as you remain on Fiverr.

The notification system isn’t perfect. Other sellers have complained about it, too. You’ll have to keep a closer eye on your account in future. You could also experiment with the Fiverr app and/or email notifications.
