If it’s marked as spam, no it won’t affect your response rate. You could always respond with “Not interested.” and then block the person if you’re worried though.

I would recommend this approach. We’ve had an instance in the past where we blocked without writing a reply, and our response rate was negatively impacted.

recently same issue i face it then i block my response rate is now 100%

I typically have BAD luck if I just mark something with the spam label without replying FIRST. I would suggest replying with something - anything, and then reporting it as spam so you will have your bases covered as far as your response rate!
