Can't continue from Professional info page

I’ve been trying to proceed from my Professional Info page for a while, I’ve completed 80% of the requested (mandatory) info, but when I click on the “continue” button nothing happens. I’m stuck on the page and can’t go on to create my gig. I have used Chrome and Firefox, still nothing changed.
Can anyone help me?
