How do I find a previous designer who did previous work for me? I tried contacting him from a previous project but none of the links work.

You could check if the seller’s profile still exists from a logged out browser if you know their username (fiverr.com/username). It might be they are no longer on Fiverr.

I see the freelancer, but there is no way to contact the freelancer.

It’s probably best to use another seller then. eg. you could search for other sellers whose work is similar and contact them or create a request in the buyer request section.
