Changes to 2FA setting in security settings are discarded when other settings are saved

Precondition: 2FA is OFF

Reproduce:
Log in
Go to https://www.fiverr.com/users/username/edit/security
Verify 2FA is OFF
Click to set 2FA to ON
Note there is no “Save” button in the section containing the 2FA setting
Click “Save Changes” in the “Change password” section
Verify error message is displayed, “8 characters or longer. Combine upper and lowercase letters and numbers.”

Click “Notifications” to go to https://www.fiverr.com/users/username/edit/notifications
Click “Security” to go to https://www.fiverr.com/users/username/edit/security
Verify 2FA is still ON

Click “Notifications” to go to https://www.fiverr.com/users/username/edit/notifications
Click “Save Changes”
Verify spinner is briefly shown on the “Save Changes” button
Click “Security” to go to https://www.fiverr.com/users/username/edit/security

Expected: 2FA is still ON
Actual: 2FA is OFF
