This isn't fair.. fiverr disabled my account

fiverr are just doing whatever pleases them, because they know we have no option than to open another account and hassle again… the Id i used was my National Identity Card… and after the verification i immediately received ab email saying “the verification was successful” @silver_seo

It looks like you are really ignoring what others said to you.

It has nothing to do with different location.

You were using a picture of a your girl when you are not at all. That’s a false identity.

No they don’t. Why would you put a picture of a girl when you are a man? That’s against the rules.

And by the way now you told us that you again planning (or already broke the rules by creating a new account. If you read tos all banned are final and you are not allowed to create a new account. It will be still banned sooner or later but you still can contact fiverr support to ask for a specific reason.

No they don’t. Why would you put a picture of a girl when you are a man? That’s against the rules.

And by the way now you told us that you again planning (or already broke the rules by creating a new account. If you read tos all banned are final and you are not allowed to create a new account. It will be still banned sooner or later but you still can contact fiverr support to ask for a specific reason.

So, it took them 6 month to figure that out… cus that picture was on my profile for 6 months, and the account was disabled today

You verified your account just 2 months ago and yes, it might’ve take them some time or someone reported you also and it does take them a bit longer in few cases.

Still that doesn’t change that you misrepresented your identity.

That’s right. You’re no longer allowed to have an account on their website (which means you can no longer purchase or sell on Fiverr).

how can someone with upto 200+ review be disabled just like that…

Well, here’s the thing about Fiverr: they do not show any special treatment/partiality to any seller. To them, all sellers deserve the same treatment irrespective of whether they have made MILLIONS of dollars (thousands of orders) or have’t even made $1 on Fiverr.

If you have violated Fiverr’s ToS in any way (misrepresenting your identity in your case), Fiverr is just going to dole out the punishment that you deserve; your seller level and/or number of reviews/sales you have earned on Fiverr doesn’t even matter to them (when you are in violation of their ToS).

If you feel you have done nothing wrong

If you read the other posts in this thread, you would realize that the OP is clearly in violation of Fiverr’s ToS.

Even if we were to temporarily ignore the OP’s ToS violation of misrepresenting their identity, he went ahead and created yet another account with a fake profile picture without even taking Fiverr’s prior permission, which is yet another violation of their ToS.

The use of your girlfriend’s picture as your profile picture caused this, in my own opinion.

And it’s misleading, to say the least.

I can’t even try it on social media.

It’s a pity.

You might talk about other things but for us it’s quite obvious that you account was disabled because of you using a girls image from the internet. That’s what fiverr calls identity misrepresentation and has nothing to do with you working from a different location.

Why would you use a young girls picture on your profile in the first place? To attract more people?
