[help] - fiverr account hacked

Hello, its my first time posting here at fiverr forums. My friend’s fiverr account (Raydash) was hacked recently by someone. He has $350+ in his account, apparently he tried to ask for help with fiverr’s staff but its no use. His email was hacked too. I would like to know if there’s a way to retrieve his account? or maybe there’s something that fiverr can do regarding with this issue? Thanks guys!

Hello! That’s terrible! I’m new here. I did some looking around to see what contact information they have.
Has your friend went to the “Help and Support” center from the main Fiverr page, not the forum? Once they are on that page, they can click on the green button that says “Seller Help Center”. They can submit a report, and it states that it will be around 24-48 hours to receive a response.

If they have tried that let me know, and I’ll see if I can figure out another contact method.

What exactly did fiverr support respond him? It will be great to see their response because they are usually helping with that.
At least they immediately helped me to change the email and restore my account when it was hacked.
