Site loading very slowly and cannot upload source file

It’s not technically a bug, so I don’t know where to contact?
The Fiverr site is loading very very slowly (whilst other sites don’t have the same problem)
The graphic files for my orders are loading very slowly, and it’s impossible to upload the source file.
I tried many times to upload the source file, but it just won’t upload at all.

Thing is, my client ordered a gig package that must include source file.

What should I do?
Where should I report this problem?
