You need to remove all references to your off Fiverr contact details as that is against the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page.

Here is a list of approved portfolio links: https://sellers.fiverr.com/en/article/seller-faqs

Scroll to the bottom.

Also check out: https://forum.fiverr.com/c/Fiverr-Tips/tips-for-sellers for hundreds of tips on how to get orders.

You will find all the tips you need in the above.

Umh, can you tell me which references of mine that is against the Terms of Service? I’ve read the link that you gave me, but I’m a bit confused.

Also, thank you very much for replying.

You link to your Instagram several times on your profile and gigs. In fact you write “don’t hesitate to contact me, or visit my Instagram @…”

The issue is that from Fiverr’s perspective, this can be seen as encouraging buyers to contact you there instead of here, which would then allow you to move the business with that customer away from Fiverr and work with them directly.

Strict? Yes… But it’s how Fiverr is, and many people have fallen foul of this. Fiverr enforce the policy, and in many cases sellers lose their account on the first reporting of this, and that’s why people here on the forum always strongly advise against doing this.

Basically, if it’s on the list of approved links that @lloydsolutions sent you, it’s safe to include. Otherwise, you’re risking having your account shut down.
