What is the work of everyone

Hi,
How are you all. I would like to share with you the trouble. A client ordered me to. After I gave him the job right, he asked for something that was not possible. After then he told me to cancel the job. He stopped the work by not giving me myself.

But i do not understand why is is wrong here.
Now if client do that. Then there will be problems in our new account.
How do i solve this problem? The mind has been so bad for a few days today.
