My buyer request section is not showing any buyer request

Please, anyone, help me out. I am a newbie here. I have created my first gigs on 14/7/19. And have 3 gigs. And my category has also demand.But why I can not see any buyer request?

Buyer request doesn’t come every time. It comes some particular times In bangladesh it cames 2:30-3, 11:30-1,14:30-15,19-20,23-00

It doesn’t mean you will find request only this times. These are just example
