Copyright and comercial use, avoid claims and sues

Hi fellas, i wanna buy a servie of illustration, and i know that if the seller have the “commercial use” benefit aviable to buyers, you get all the rights of the new ilustration.
I would like to know if fiverr has a way to proof that now you own all the rights of an ilustration that is new and not repeatet, some kind of file or document, in order to have some protection aginst claims and copyright issues.

You get all rights unless specified otherwise by the seller in their gig description (and maybe their offer). You could check with the seller before purchasing. Also you could make sure you order a gig with the source file (where you could see how it was created) and also check online using google’s image lookup (and/or similar service) to see if the image or a similar image already exists online.
