The buyer disappeared with the completed job without confirm the order and the payment

Hi everyone and thanks in advance for helping me.

I am new on Fiver.

While I was working to some modification request to the job I have just completed, the client disappeared.
In the chat, there is the message about a retiring buyer no longer available and my order was deleted without receving payments.
It results that the money was sent again to this buyer.
The point is that I have completed the job and I am sure the client has received it because I have sent the file in the delivering order form.
If the buyer has asked me for modification, it means the job was downloaded.
So, what can I do? Does Anybody else have the same experience?

It is likely a chargeback.
You can contact CS to explain the situation (with screenshots as proof that you completed your order) and they can have a solution.
