It’s not possible to ‘leave the conversation’, Fiverr inbox isn’t Messenger chat.

Check the buyer’s profile. If it doesn’t exist, that why they can’t be contacted. If it does exist, it’s possible that the buyer has blocked you. Or it could be a random glitch.
