All of a sudden my Fiverr dashboard shows response time 0, Delivered on time 0 and order completion 0, and rating N/A.

Is there anyone facing the same issue?

It’s not good when the error message it gives after clicking to view it (after clicking the figures in the dashboard) is:

“The user account you are looking for is no longer available” 😬

Unlikely, glitches are pretty common here.

It’s probably a “side-effect” of whatever tweaking/fixing they might be doing atm.

Maybe they’re recalculating all Fiverr user stats.

Maybe they might have added another stat or stats.

Though really it might be helpful if they let us know on the forum.

Yes, maybe there might be additional ratings/stats for your team (if you started a team) or for the teams you are on. Maybe averaged into stats that it will show on your profile (so if you’re member of multiple teams maybe it might average those ratings all together when shown on the dashboard).

That feature is being rolled out.

It’s not working exactly as they initially announced, there are certain aspects of it that I think will deter people from using it.
