Two days ago I became Level 2... What's with the N/A rating?

Hello guys! I don’t understand something… My account got upgraded to level 2 on the 15th of this month. Today when I was looking through my profile I saw that my rating is N/A and it states:
“Maintain a rating of 0 or more fiverr, over the course of 60 days”… What the hell is happening? I have 0% on “Order completion”, “Response rate” and “Delivered on time” as well… What the hell?

It must be one of those glitches/bugs that happen every once in a while. They usually get sorted out in a couple of hours.

Just wait for a while and see if things get back to normal. I think you could contact CS if things don’t return back to normal in 24 hours.

Hello @worthforcheap.

Don’t stress. It will be fixed.

You can always open a ticket and ask them to check your profile. I had an issue with the withdrawals and they helped pretty fast.
