Does level down feature really affect on your profile ranking?

Hi there, how are you, everyone?

I’ve been working on Fiverr as a WordPress developer for the last 4 years. I got the TOP RATED badge on October 2018, It lasts for 5 months. I got a huge response but I lost the badge on march because of my ratings. My delivery on time falls down to 80% and I lost it. Gradually I lost my level 2 badge as well.

On average I earn around 900-1000$ every month. But in last one and half month (June-July) till now I made only 100$ in total. Why is this? What should I do now? Is it normal?
