Profile Picture Upload Glitch

Hi all! Can someone help me with this issue I have? 🙂

I’m a new seller and I have uploaded my profile picture, but it is not so good and I want to upload another one. When I try to upload a new profile picture, only the upper half of my face can be seen. 🙂 What can I do to change this? Unfortunately, I can’t crop/rotate/move/do anything with the profile picture. It just uploads and that’s it.
If anyone could help me with this, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you.
