Fall below 90% response due to spam?

I have only 5 star ratings and over 90% completion and delivery scores…I’ve received an influx of spam messages…fiverr said these do no affect my response rate but it has dropped to 85% even though I respond to everything immediately? If you have any suggestions please send me a message

Hey Chris, This happened with me too, and for that i lose my level also… and then i contacted CS regarding the spam and response to those… and i got me level 2 badge back… So, i think they will help you out in this. Good Luck!
