Urgently need answer to Payoneer Bank Transfer method

Hello,

i have an enquirer to make, I made a withdraw to my payoneer account for the first time and the transaction was initiated successfully that a mail has been sent to me but i checked my mail, i did not receive any mail likewise i did not receive any funds in my payoneer account and the transaction has been completed successfully on my fiverr account.

Also for me to transfer money using bank transfer do i require any need of authentication just like withdrawing to paypal too?

I dont know if this has happened to anybody or anyone has anyway forward
