Kit for Social Media (Editable Source files or jpgs)

I want to know about Social Media Kit from Graphic Designers.

As far as I know, if we design a logo for client, then the social media kit will include:

1. Covers that include logo (Facebook / Twitter / Instagram / Youtube / Standard)
2. Profile Pic that include logo (Facebook / Twitter / Instagram / Youtube / Standard)
3. Post including logo + title space + space for ids like (/MyPage etc…) for (Facebook / Twitter / Instagram / Youtube / Standard)

I want to know, should I deliver only jpg or editable sources like PSDs; although many clients cannot use Photoshop btw?
Also, anything else regarding this will increase my knowledge. Thanks
